For more than 25 years, Maxine has been providing her clients with sound financial advice. She is a member of the Financial Advisors Association of Canada (Advocis) and serves on the local board of directors as the Professional Development Chair. Through Gryphin Advantage Inc., a Managing General Agent Maxine also assists other advisors with case consultation and joint work She holds the CHS (Certified Health Specialist) and CPCA (Certified Professional Consultant on Aging) designations and continues to attend numerous seminars and educational programs.
When not helping clients, Maxine enjoys spending time with her husband Michael and her family. Maxine and Michael enjoy volunteering in the community and spending time in the outdoors with their dog Winston. She is very committed to physical fitness and is a regular participant in numerous running events and fitness activities.

With Twenty-five years of Employee Benefits experience, Cindy has worked with Maxine Saunders for almost fourteen years, and for the past five years in her current role as Employee Benefits Specialist. Prior to that, Cindy has worked for local Group Insurance providers such as Confederation Life, Manulife Financial Group Benefits and Provident.
Cindy's background is in Group Insurance and Marketing; she attended Fanshawe College of Applied Arts & Technology from September 1995 to April 1998, completing both Business Marketing and Business Administration and Marketing Management programs.
Cindy holds a Level II Life, Sickness and Accident Insurance License with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and is a member in good standing of the Canadian Institute of Marketing, Independent Financial Brokers of Ontario, Advocis – London Chapter, the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
Cindy is currently serving as the Committee Representative for London and Region with The Institute for Advanced Studies in Financial Education - the Education partner of Advocis.
